of CPO Direct Response Marketing and Advertising
Norm was a founding partner and President/CEO of CPM, Inc., Chicago's premier media planning and buying service. He loved the numbers. He loved the buys. He loved the process. But by 1990, so many clients had requested his help with Direct Response marketing and advertising, that he launched CPO, Inc. Because he loved the response figures. Still does. So today you'll find he enjoys strategizing with newcomers to Direct Response Marketing, on how to structure and implement an accountable DR program. He's a frequent guest speaker in marketing, media and direct response marketing courses at the University of Chicago (where he earned his MBA), De Paul University and Northwestern University. In fact, in 1986 Norm helped Northwestern establish the Journal of Media Planning. By the way, he's also a founding Director and Officer of the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago.
