The media system is based on a sophisticated schedule/detection/response-matching
engine that imports all media activity and transactional data daily
via Internet and dialup.
CPOvernite generates
management and detailed program reports
(see samples) that provide clients critical decision-making information
the following morning. The immediacy of
this information allows for media buys to be changed the same day if
performance criteria are not being achieved. Utilizing CPOvernite, our
clients maximize media effectiveness by
executing timely revisions to their program, station and daypart schedules.

Weekly
Summary: This standard report tracks overall media expenditures
and program performance to provide a snapshot of weekly activity and
trends.
Media
Efficiency Plus: The Media Efficiency Ratio report computes
and tracks bottom line performance for every network and station, every
day. Dollar values for leads, orders, upsells and other current and
future revenue sources are entered into the MER model. CPOvernite matches
this data against each individual buy and calculates its bottom line
performance.
Media
Detection: This report matches media run against media ordered.
CPO subscribes to a comprehensive broadcast monitoring service that
reports precisely when, where, and what creative runs for every short-form
spot on your schedule. This data is imported every morning for the previous
day, and then matched against your contracts to determine how much of
the schedule ran and to verify that everything ran correctly.
Station
Daypart: Broadcast tool that
summarizes daypart performance. This report compares expenditure and
performance across each daypart purchased and allows buyer to determine
trends among various programming hours.
